I had no hot water in my master bath shower, but hot water everywhere else in the house. The technician who showed up, Michael, originally diagnosed it as a problem with the filter that controls the hot and cold water. He removed it and replaced it with a new one, no joy, still no hot water. He then started looking at the pipes behind the wall. Had to cut a hole in my wall, which he did precisely and made it simple for me to fix. Upon inspecting the pipes he noticed there was a huge calcium buildup on the hot water intake. Michael cut the assembly out, put a new piece in, along with new copper piping on all four valve entries. During this whole process what struck me was Michael's positive attitude, initiative, and workmanship. He took his time with every little piece and triple checked everything. His attention to detail, and the pride he took in his work have made me a definite future customer. And also, the price for the entire process was less than I excepted it to be, which is always nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I was not getting heat in my residence so I called A-1 Heating and Cooling for help. I had used this company in past for plumbing and was satisfied with them. I was greeted with a warm lady with great customer service and a tech called within 15 minutes and arrived about 15 minutes after his call. He met me with a smile and great attitude. He too was into good customer service, and within about 1 hour found the problems, removed, replaced, and repaired my furnace. HEAT blowing great. I would highly recommend this company and Jake, my tech. Call A-1 American for HVAC needs and ask for Jake to come out.

Bryan was great!!! Super professional and knowledgeable.  Highly recommended A-1 to anyone needing plumbing.   *This is huge for me bc I don't write reviews!!!

Called with an emergency and apparently their answering service person had a problem with someone calling his CELL phone Sunday at 9 in the morning. Second time the smart mouthed jerk gave Me attitude, it will NOT be a third. Definitely not thee only company, but that what he seems to think. Neighbor of mine had a similar issue. The answering service during the week is just fine, but whomever he seems to think he is on the weekend, thinks He's GOD's gift, if that's the case he should be in church instead of acting like someone is FORCING it to do it's job.

No ac!!! $6500 dropped 14 months ago and I can't get a technician until Monday. Great 24/7 service A1. Starting calling today (Friday) at 12:30. Got a return call after 2:00. Your commercials are great A1. Your follow through is lacking!
