It works for my needs. Easy to get and out when I need things for my business. Prices are the best in the area.

Very inconvenient to make payments. Would call multiple times to pay with no return call, which would end up in late charges.

Upon going to empty our unit, our items were damaged from a significant amount of water, as well as some broken picture frames. My items are permanently damaged and things were covered in mold.... in my "TEMPERATURE CONTROLLED UNIT"

I have called 3 times to discuss the damages with no return call back. 

I have also resulted to contacting local news channels.
