Horrible no Communication and bad workmanship

This company has very poor communication. Representative did not show for the estimate and we had to call again to schedule. Estimate was not given in completion including additional caulking that would be required. We were advised of this after work completed. This should have been included in the estimate that this would be necessary. Had it been included we would have had the company do the work instead of having to now do ourselves. Technicians that came to do the job did not follow work order notes to contact us when en route to the job so that we could be onsite When confronted that it was an inconvenience to find out from the neighbor that they where on site and almost finished, technician was very rude.He was agin very rude when reviewing job and told his office that he had the wrong number that was why he did not call. When the number was reviewed with me by a supervisor, the number was correct. he just failed to follow our request.

Called for the advertised "free" estimate and they wanted to charge me $50. I went to another company. False advertising, in my opinion.
