Too be honest I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. I went there and the blonde lady was extremely rude and wouldn't even help me. Told me to come back later that day when she had time to talk. So I then called about an hour later to see at least if I could get the price from them and she was even more rude and wouldn't give a price said I don't have any deals for you and hung up. I called back and asked if she was the manager she yelled at me and said no and hung up. I then called back for a third time and asked if I could please speak with a manager and she yelled at me again and said no you can't they are not here and hung up on me a third time. I am shocked at the customer service experience she lacks and I feel very sorry for the owners who have that kind of person being the 1st impression on their business. I hope they realize this soon and get someone who knows how to treat people and then they may have a great thriving business

While the staff has changed over the years, overall its always generally run in a professional manner. 
Units are not insect proof but moving in they are clean. Prices are ocompetitivenbroom par with average rental fees in the area, ofton coming in lower but  by a huge amount unless you are comparing them to Marin county storages, then they seem cheap rent wise. They are located a wee bit out in the boondocks. But on the bright side they offer all ground floor access units. drive up accessable.

Stay away from this DUMP!! Don't sign anything. This place is disgusting!! The people running this place and the others running around all look and act like homeless tweekers living in their storage units. Filthy, dirty, no teeth, full of sores staff!   ******You have been warned*******
