Stayed there for a few months and after in the middle of winter they kicked us out. Citing our camper .."was not up to par". At the time it  was icy and very cold.  When we moved in I told them and they were aware that  I was remodeling it. The son who is taking over from the original owners is kind of rude and disrespectful. While I was out of town he then gave my roommates that he knew were there, days to fix any issue he seen fit. At that time it was sub zero for most of the month. I feel like he should be able to talk to people there. Also there was a better way of him handling the situation in my opinion.  I would not suggest staying there if you don't have the best RVs or the best of everything they'll probably kick you out right away they'll sure take your money to begin with though.

Camper BEWARE!!! My husband and I paid a for a month for our site..came here looking for work..after looking for 2weeks he found one, 60 miles away from NP.  So we thought the thing to do would be to move there. HOWEVER, the owners of Sunset RV Park mother and son WOULD NOT REFUND US FOR 2 WEEKS and it’s a few weeks before Christmas.  So we have to come up with gas money for him to travel 120 miles a day for 2 weeks. Merry Christmas…oh and they failed to put “NO REFUND” in the rule book.

I had the pleasure to stay here for the night my vehicle broke down. And can I say staff was very friendly and the people staying there are great too. I'm not from this state but I tell you what Nebraska will always treat you right God bless these people and hope they continue to shine and be a great business I would recommend to all. I even made a good friend their SHOUT OUT TO JEFF IF YOU SEE THIS FRIEND WE MADE IT HOME SAFE AND SOUND.

We like to stay at regular trailer parks with mostly permanent guests and a few spots for RVers.  They are less expensive and we have found the occupants to be very  friendly and helpful.   When we arrived at Sunset RV we discovered we had absolutely no coach power.  An employee and one tenant tried for at least 30 minutes to help us to no avail.  In short, we highly recommend this park tho it is not fancy.  no avail.   Another tenant provided us with a great fan.  In short, we highly recommend this park.   Not fancy.peoplcould not have been nicer.

Nice Quiet park. Very affordable. The owner is a sweetheart.! Makes you feel like family. Friendly people that live here! Everyone watches out for each other. Laundry is very reasonable. Bathroom not gorgeous but does the job just wear flip flops in the shower. I do that no matter where I go;

The maintenance man bill does not do his job won’t clean the bathrooms he treats everyone terribly threatens them thier going to kicked out.Threatens to lock the electricity box and turn it off. And you cannot have guns here at the campground you will be removed. The bathrooms do not lock anymore because the maintenance man don’t know what he’s doing. The owners are very friendly. But the maintenance man is terrible. Also the washing machine doesn’t clean your close also bill turned up the dryer and it shrinks your clothes. I do not recommend this park.

My girlfriend's son lives there with his girlfriend and Mom it's clean I've known a couple people that live there I like it not bad price either and everything is included like 350 get cable shower internet.

Paid for a spot that had showers, bathroom, laundry. But they didnt. They shut them down because they didnt want to clean them. For the day they were actually open, it was disgusting. And when i said "hey, i paid for a spot that had a bathroom and ahower and laundry room" the owner straight up said "to hell with me" absolute ripoff.

I hav resided in this park for one year now and the owners hav been very accommodating and nice to me - I hav not had any safety issues in this park and hav only seen the police drive through on nightly rounds to ensure the safety of the residents are being met as any well kept property would do - it is a quiet place to live and would highly recommend this RV park if u are looking for a good quality park without the high prices u will find at other places with the same accomodations

Very friendly people within the park . Also got a friendly welcome . Feels like a safe and cozy environment.
