Very professional folks! They saved me over $700 after Broadway Transmission misdiagnosed the problem with my transmission. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Fast, cheap and accurate!

I'd say 2.5 if  could. They did fix my explorer, but they only put a year warranty on it and it broke shortly after the warranty ended. Then they wanted to charge me to put a reman trans in. I took it to Broadway and they fixed it - cheaper than A1 did the first time mind you, and put a 3 year warranty on it. So yeah, not a terrible shop I guess, but I wouldn't recommend them.

Called for a quote and they seemed to like bad mouthing their competition more than selling their own services.
