They stole $350 from me. I made an appointment tat 9:00am to have my Audi key made and I barely got a copy at 6:00PM. I was dissatisfied with the work at quality of the product and asked for a refund like I was promised from the get go if my key was not original. Tech got mad and left with my original key, original lock control and all the copies he made along with another working lock control. To make things worse he left my window down. So now I'm stuck with NO KEYS, MY WINDOW DOWN, & ROBBED $350. They are the worst. Oh and when I tried to have them bring me my original keys back they kept going around the bush as to who was going to bring it and no that I'm calling to get my
Keys back they've blocked my number. This is one horrible business. NEVER USE THEM. They steal from their customers.

I called at 3:50 am they said they would have a guy there in 30 min. Never came, After more calls , each time they would say he was he's on the way ten more min. 15 more min. And so on. When he showed up it was after 6 am. Then he wanted over two hundred dollars to open door and I said no. Keep in mind I asked how much on the phone  and was told he'll tell you when he gets out there and I didn't have to pay anything if I didn't have him or want him to do the job. No service no pay kind of thing. I asked him to leave that I would go another route. He demanded I pay a service fee anyway even after I was told I would pay nothing if service was not rendered. I refused, told him to leave again as we were on private property and he had no right to be there without permission. At this point he started to swear at me left and right, threatening me and threatening me with revenge stating he would return to vandalize my property. Watch out for this guy and this company. The guy drove a Honda element, blue in color with a black color roof, two tone if you will. Middle eastern looking. Very unprofessional. Again the person, a girl I talked to on the phone said If you don't have him open or work on your car you don't pay and he talked to her after I said no, on his phone
And still tried to extort money from me. As he drive away down the street with his window rolled down screaming I will get you . I am not kidding. I will not pay a service fee when you say you will be there in 30 min. And then string me along for over two hrs?. Google showed them 1.2 miles away from my location. I expect an ETA with in reason. No star rating here folks. Very unprofessional and down right criminal with the threats. Avoid like the plague

Rate was 189.99+29.99 upfront cost. vehicle was a minivan. It was much higher than I expected it to be for the time the guy took to do the work which he spent roughly 15 minutes. I would rate 5 stars if under $100.

This has been the worst. experience of my life! Its directly due to their horrible horrible service! PLEASE don't do business with them if they're the only option in this whole planet. Trust me! I had to wait for 3 hours and no one showed up! I called the company and they said they were 5 mins away and I called again and they said they were around the corner. They just kept lying idk why they did that!! PLEASE I really hope they go out of business!!! This is an honest review.  I hope this helps to prevent anything like this happen to anyone else. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ! Don't do any business with them. They are the worst people you can ever meet. They let us hang for 2.5 hours when they said they will be here in 20 min. I don't understand why would you lie, we already have arrangement with you. Use the GPS and tell us exactly how far are you. The prices were high the guy had a huge atitude. Please use other company this is an advise from the heart. They are many other companies that can do the same services. This is an honset review from an honest man. I really hope you close you shop and save the world from this ugly service you provide. I wish I can say more but nothing would be enough to describe the bad service I received. DON'T DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Call any other company and I bet $100000 that would be a better than this one
