Inquired about storage prices and told him id need to move in during the weekend... must not have been convenient for him... he hung up on me.

The individual who I spoke with absolutely refused to answer straight forward questions about availability and pricing.  Was looking forward to doing business here due to location, but if that conversation is an indication of anything it is poor customer service

i have had a very good experience at this storage facility. i love the unit, it is very clean. the owner is great and very helpful. i felt very comfortable with the security of the place. the accessibility is great. every time i needed assistance and i called and left voice mails the owner got back to me right away even when he wasn't at the office.i think the pricing is fair. i had rented here about a year ago and now i am moving again and this is my first choice and the only place i would store my stuff. i have peace of mind here.
