I gave this business 1 star only because I could not choose zero stars. I was cleaning a client's apartment, where there are hundreds of this white hangers that clothes come back from the dry cleaners on, and as a business owner I assume that there is a cost associated with replacing said hangers. With that said, I immediately Google Drive local dry cleaners within a 1 mile radius of my client, and this was the first I came across. The customer service I received was horrible to say yhe least, the lady who answered the phone acted as if I was trying to return something awful and even went so far as to say, "I take back MY customer's hangers, are you a customer?" We all know those hangers, the white metal wire completely void of any branding whatsoever.... I went on to explain to her that no I am not a customer and I would not know if my client is HER customer or not, but as a business owner who is conscientious of overhead, I am simply trying find a better alternative than the dumpster for perfectly good hangers. By that time she was clearly bothered by my request and began speaking in a negative and condescending tone and I told her to cancel my request I would call a different dry cleaners who I would then recommend my client to, who has better customer service...

We called asking to have a dress steamed for a wedding. They couldn't assist, so we called around and accidentally called them a second time (there is a cleaner of the same name at a different location). Never before have I experienced such negativity and poor customer service. Completely disrespectful and condescending. "Did you forget you called me already? Don't you remember the conversation we had, I already told you." Look elsewhere if you're looking for help and quality service.
