After my original phone call I was hesitant but went through with my order because of the great pricing. I'm glad I did because we were very happy with the products we received and the price was unbeatable. The crew installed our products and we were very pleased with their professional manner. We will do business with them in the future.

The customer service needs some improvement however I was extremely impressed with their quality of work. The product was in great condition and was installed quickly. Overall I'm very happy with the experience.

Called to get price on racking. Whoever the person was that answered was very rude. My assumption was that I was totally wasting he's time. It's as if he didn't want to sell me what I wanted. He finally gave me a over inflated price compared to the competition. Then he hung up on me. My suggestion to you is. If you don't like talking on phone. Get some else to do it.

I contacted this business in order to get a quote for the installation of a catwalk in my business' warehouse. Upon answering the phone, the person (I'm assuming the owner/operator) who answered requested I send them an email on the "specifics". He seemed irritated with that question. He answered with "I need the warehouse height, width, and slab capacity in order to give you a quote." Not being an engineer, I told him I could provide the height of the warehouse but the width/dimensions would be dependent on the design/layout of the structure. Without even being able to finish my sentence, he said "call someone else" and hung up. Whomever that person was grossly underestimates the necessity for professionalism in the the business world. I am a professional who is willing to pay for a service that he supposedly provides. I would not recommend this company/individual simply due to their lack of professionalism.
