The service here is outstanding! I give them a 5 star. I have used several storages in SoCal and most of them have some real aholes working but NOT at this place. 

I first ordered a storage online and when I showed up with my stuff, the unit was smaller than the online one. The staff quickly gave me another unit that was adjacent to my large unit. 

I dealt with 3 different staff members there over a 3 month period and all of them were very friendly and professional.

I give the location a 4 star. It's an outdoor storage lot and I saw a lot of semi homeless who were just sitting in their units. And several transient looking people walking around. But they do post a security guard out front at night. So, I wasn't terribly concerned.
