They were on time and careful with my yard.  They did a thorough inspection and explained all my options. The owner helped me find an affordable option that worked for me and gave an explanation of all the cost upfront. Excellent employees, that spoke both English and Spanish and that did a  thorough job, as well as cleaned up everything. Very professional and polite.I highly recommend them. I did not see these reviews before going with this company, just the one's with the better business bureau and on Angie's List that I am a member of, both were great, and I couldn't agree more.

A American is great. Highly recommend them!!! Had a problem with my plumbing last week the technicians arrived on time!!!! Thanks again guys

I do not recommend this company.  They have not rendered service and have kept $3,000.  Every attempt at redeeming a refund or service has been denied with a myriad of excuses given.  Not professional at all.  Again, I do not recommend hiring this company.

We also had a horrendous experience w this company. We we were told by neighbors in NMB NOT to use them...but we tried anyhow. The worst was the "president", a large overweight obnoxious man who seemed more crook than anything. Even funnier (now that we were essentially ripped off) is how the guys that work w poop are of less quality ( as people/business) than poop itself.Don't even consider them. And if you see a large.round,grey haired guy named Mike/Mark...run away and call the cops!
