I would try the internet over this agency as there not very warm and friendly on first contact, and that was after letting them know i was referred to them, maybe there just too busy, but a little kindness goes along ways these days,so ill keep getting the best deals via the internet until i find the right agency to work with and that can match the net as the net is the best these days!

Hello, my family and i have gone to AB for years now, there very up on the word and travel, but with the internet these days, its faster and cheaper most of the time, and the travel clerk lady will keep you there for hours talking your head off even when you have to leave but they dont care, so i wont be back unless i really need expertise on a new travel spot.
