Professional staff with extensive knowledge on latest procedures. Excellent service. They make you feel as if you were the most important client they ever had. You feel so special not only before you have anything done, but also after and even if you just stopped by to ask a question or say hello (like a do;-)). I will never go or trust anyone else with my face and body. You are going to LOVE the way you look and feel.

Wonderful!! Dr Lach made me feel comfortable from the very first appointment.. I used a groupon initially and had no problems. He will tell you as it is and will give his honest opinion..

Wonderful services. Dr. Lach is excellent. Very high in demand, you may have to wait because of this. He takes his time with his patients and explains everything thoroughly. Kind and compassionate and will not do any procedure that he feels you do not need. Highly recommended.

No respect for their client's time. I called to make a facial appointment, requested late afternoon/early evening, and was told they now close at 5 pm and the last appointment is at 3:45. So, I scheduled the 3:45 appointment, LEFT WORK EARLY and arrived a few minutes early. At 4:10 I mentioned to the receptionist that my appointment was for 3:45 and was told 'she's just finishing up with a client and will be with you shortly'. At 4:20, the aestecian poked her head into the waiting room to inform me she was running a little behind and would only be another minute or two. At 4:25, I got up and left. Now, I ask you, what would have happened if I showed up 40-45 minutes late for my appointment?! My time is as valuable as theirs and clearly they do not respect that. I will be going to a new spa for my facial treatments.
