My son from Chicago, who works for a florist there, ordered me something for Mother's Day and wanted it delivered to my work at CCMH on Friday, May 12th before 5:00. With multiple excuses, it didn't arrive until Saturday, May 13th but at my house and after 5:00 pm. My son was highly disappointed in what they originally were going to send to me (see photos).

The first photo is what they were going to send to me. The second photo is what they sent which is more like what he ordered - succulents. The third photo is what I took this morning after I added another plant.

Never heard of this place but don't think I will be doing business there in the future.

I'm not the type of person to go out of my way to write a bad review unless it's earned....I ordered flowers to surprise my girlfriend and gave them specific delivery instructions. They were simple too. They were to call ME and not my girlfriend on their way to deliver. Not only were they not on time, but I had to call three times to find out if they were on their way or not and when they finally did deliver they called her and told her that they were trying to deliver and ruined the surprise. She was with a client and could not answer the phone and the delivery person called back to back to back and texted her. When I called, the person who answered the phone gave me an "oops sorry" or "my bad" reply and didn't even offer to refund my delivery fee. The worst florist experience I've ever had. I highly do not recommend. Totally ruined the surprise and were a hassle to deal with. I know they will never get my money again and I will never recommend. Go somewhere else!

Very lovely lady, Debra, walked me through my options over the phone, even last minute, they make everything possible =)
Plus. . .I didn't have to run elsewhere for my balloon!!! =) Yay me, saving time, Dot

These people are super great. from time to time i get in the dog house.. all i have to do is call and say i want something beautiful sent to my wife. they walk me through different ideas and deliver on time.. this company is great with making my wife happy and a happy wife makes a happy life for me. last time they sent rainbow roses.... I think when my wife seen those she forgot why she was made.. thank you A Better Design, you have done a super great job for me.. Ill be calling soon :-)
