We recently lost our 22 year old daughter and our grandson. Jennifer and her team were warm, compassionate, and exceptionally helpful through this very difficult times. They walked us through all the details and openly answered all of our questions in a kind and professional manner.  Jennifer's love for people is very apparent in her interactions and we loved the caring personal touch that this family owned business offered. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that all of this exceptional service was offered at a very reasonable cost.

I would recommend this place for any family that is grieving fir their loved ones. These ladies have one thing in mind with every family that walks through their doors. And that is they think of themselves going through the same situation. They show they affection they have for family and loved ones.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with.  My brother passed away in June of 2017 & she was so kind & helpful when it came to making arrangements for his funeral. He was a police officer & she did a phenomenal job at coordinating with the police department  to honor him & make his services memorable. It was certainly the most difficult time of our lives but working with Jennifer & her amazing team made the whole process a lot easier for us. I can't thank her enough for all she has done, & I highly recommend using A Batter Place for anyone's funeral services.

It is with a peaceful heart that I share my experience with Jennifer and her staff regarding arrangements for my sister. From day one there caring and involvement made this very difficult time much easier. Jennifer went over and above to insure that all of our needs and requests were fulfilled. Her followup and communication was always spot on. In these times its hard to find people and services that give you the exceptional attention that is needed. We definitely found it here and are so ever grateful. Jennifer thank you for everything and putting our hearts at ease.
