Bring back The old ownership. Recent experience, needed to pick up pair of pants for next day. Didn't have any cash, didn't realize there was a $10 min for a card. Explained that I really needed them for next day. I was then lectured on how expensive it is to run card transactions ad how all customers try to get over on him. After being talked to like a first grader I went got cash, paid for my pants and had my final say. Quality of their work - fair. Attitude towards customer - abysmal at best. Stay away, so many other reputable cleaners. Unless you enjoy getting hollered at like a 4 year old. Too many other options...

I regularly go this store. It has one of the best quality in town and the lowest rates. I don't think any other cleaners come close to them. Excellent service, quality and rates, max stars from me!

"No Integrity" I brought in my suit pants for dry cleaning and it was returned damaged beyond repair. It came back with large blue pigments in multiple locations. Owner claimed he wasn't liable since he had asked his staff and they informed him that it wasn’t their mistake. As far a as the owner was concerned I must have brought the pants into the store with multiple ink stains since his staff insisted that they weren’t culpable. I told him that I don’t know what went wrong at their end, but I did not bring my pants in with stains. I pointed out that as a longtime patron of the store, (they recently changed ownership) I always showed the staff stains requiring attention. If I had multiple marks as they claim I would have brought the stains to their attention, to ascertain if they were removable. Furthermore, even if I didn't bring the stains to their attention, at intake they couldn't have missed the numerous stains they claim were there. In an effort to bring this incident to a fair resolution I attempted to contact the owner on a number of occasions. I requested that he compensate me for the loss. He has not been at the store the last two times I came. I therefore emailed and texted him with no response. I frankly have been astonished at the owner’s unwillingness to reply and take responsibility. The new management obviously doesn’t know what integrity means not to mention good customer relations.

New ownership has no idea how to run a business. They don't know the first thing about customer service. I will be bringing my business else where.
