Went to this locksmith because we have an unusual lock that broke and we want to replace it. I took the old lock for reference. I showed him, he said, "What is that?" I explained that I was hoping he could help find a replacement. He told me he'd never seen it and then asked if I'd looked for it online. I had, but unsuccessfully, and I had hoped a professional would have a better idea of where to find locks but I was mistaken. The fact that he asked if I'd looked online makes me wonder why he had a shop/store at all. I guess they should all be mobile locksmiths.

The guys there really know their stuff. John and Don have enough experience to handle even the toughest commercial lock and key issues. The showroom is unique atmosphere to especially if you need to make some phone calls while you wait they have comfortable chairs...really eclectic.
