After many years of going to dentists. I have never seen a more pleasant office than Dr An Nguyen and A Plus Dental. I was skeptical at first,  I wanted my free cleaning my insurance provides and to discuss implants.  Dr An Nguyen and her amazing hygienist took the time to show me my x-rays and pictures inside my mouth. I was amazed at the caring and their overall plan for me.  Even after knowing everything I wanted to have done, nothing was pushed on me and I have a clear understanding and trust with Dr An. 

From the front to the back the entire staff was so friendly and took their time with me. What a lucky find I have found in Dr An and her office  A Plus. 

Thank you again for taking the time and helping me understand things so clearly.  You are truly a blessing to your profession!

Great experience. From the greeting up front to the nurses and the dentist.  I have never had a more pleasant experience. Everything was explained in great detail and nothing was pushed on me.  
Very modern and clean office.

Office is clean but empty. No patients waiting. No patients in chairs. Quiet. Tech did not listen. Was not understanding. Second one came in and was just ugly in attitude. Never saw the dentist. I walked out. When I said we are done after her attitude she said ok and walked away. So I would not recommend them to anyone.

Came in for a routine cleaning covered under my dental insurance and was refused these services because I would not purchase the (deep clean).note--I have never had a cavitie and have a very healthy mouth.Dr. An Nguyen became very agitated when I declined the deep cleaning and stormed out of the examination room.Dr. An Nguyen seems very unprofessional and does not seem to treat her office staff very friendly either.I am a college educated professional and very busy so when I was refused these basic service's because I did not want the deep clean I wondered how many people do they do this to.So I asked the doctor, how many patients need this deep cleaning and was not given a answer.Dr An stormed out of the examination room again.I would love to speak to someone about my experience.Please feel free to contact me anytime.You can call me on my office line or cell phone.

Review recap---You will be denied insurance covered routine teeth cleanings.Do not wast you time scheduling services because they will not do them.

Great dentist . I've been to many many dental offices in polk county over the past 30 yrs and honestly don't know why I stayed with any of them . 
After meeting and receiving treatment from Dr . Nguyen I have a much higher standard for the dentist I choose . 
She is wonderful ! Everything is explained to me before dental work takes place . 
She makes sure your comfortable every step of the way which is great for someone like me that's scared to death of the dentist .
Dr. Nguyen makes time for emergencies . She and her staff do not want anyone to be in pain so they make time ! 
Such a caring staff . The office just has a good vibe to it . Even with the drill going !
