Recently engaged A Face Painting Mom for my little girl's 5th Birthday party....very impressed. The face painter called in sick, but she managed the situation by covering it with a balloon maker & a glitter tattooist. Both of them were excellent with the kids & I got 2 activities for the price of one. And talent! they're experts in what they do. The balloonist made Sofia the 1st out of balloons that stole the show & tattooist went out of his way to create a Sofia the 1st template for tattoos too....prepared, even at moments notice. Highly recommend!
We are having a fundraiser for my daughter to get a medical walker called a Gait Trainer to learn how to walk. Short back story, she’s over a year old has had multiple open heart surgeries, brain surgeries and then some. She continues to prove doctors wrong daily and I’m so unbelievably proud of her. Wanting to make this event as family friendly as possible, i and some friends have been calling around to see if some people were willing to donate their time or give a discounted rate for different things that could be at the even. I can 100% respect how some are simply unable to do so given the size of the company and it’s not something they do. A simple decline is fine. But to harshly say no and say this is how you put food on the table amongst other explanations I think was a little unprofessional. Look, I’m trying to help my daughter thrive and be all that she can be and then some. In my eyes, she deserves the world and if walking/learning to walk/ or at least having the tools to help her learn to walk if that’s what’s God wants for her, then by all means when insurance denies us I will do whatever I can to help her get what she deserves. While I know this is kind of long, but you didn’t give me the time of day to explain anything to you and I find that rude. A simple no would have been fine. Just like you, I’m a mom trying to do what’s best for my beautiful special needs daughter.
Contact her via e-mail, phone and form for a birthday party for my grand-daughter on behalf of her mother. I'm assuming owner, of this establishment, contacted parent mother with a VERY rude first sentence, that could have been left out of her response. If she would have responded initially she wouldn't have received several inquiries as she needed to indicate in her response. Word of mouth for services is powerful and if you are soliciting your business professionalism goes a long way. Lisa Stith
Reached out a few weeks back via the website and have not yet heard anything back regarding a birthday party :
Super awesome and a pleasure to be around. Highly talented work hands down.
