As a former clinical dental professional as well as dental practice manager, it’s hard to WOW me. I’ve searched tirelessly for a practice that’s a good fit for my husband and I. The entire staff at A Family Dental Group was knowledgeable, kind and informative. The practice is spacious, beautiful and CLEAN! ☺️ Dr. Jacob took the time to introduce himself to me in the reception room before I had even filled out my paperwork, despite his having his clinical ops hopping with patients! I am very impressed and it’s not easy to impress me when it comes to dentistry. 😉 Certainly made my upcoming root canal treatment a lot less stressful! Thank you to A Family Dental Group in Belleville!

The father dentist has left me in pain going on years now. I'm in a lot of pain, and I'm fed up with this doctor. The son is better, but I really don't think I want to come back ever again. 2 stars only because the office staff is the nicest, most accommodating crew I've ever met. edit 03/16/18: decided to come back after a couple years (insurance kind of limits options) and I'm liking the place much more. I'm still experiencing discomfort as a new implant settles, but the procedure itself was pain free. Wait time for any of the providers is rarely more than 5-10 minutes which is a big plus too.

So Glad I finally found a dentist who cares and takes the time to explain and review all my dental needs with me. The staff is great to Mary helped me with getting all of my insurance benefits explained to me so I would understand what my cost would be and what they would pay. The scheduling coordinator Veni was super nice and did her best to work with my schedule. They just added an Oral Surgeon and are open on Saturday's! I have been examined by both father and son and have found both visits very pleasant. Also I have never had my teeth cleaned the way Diane cleaned my teeth it was just overall a great experience from start to finish!

Dr.Alan Jacob is phenomenal! Outstanding work and highly recommend!!! He is the best in his field and has a great staff that takes fantastic care of their clients.

Yes, I work here but I started out a scared, nervous, patient and very uncomfortable with dentists. Well I will never go anywhere again, I was blown away at how Gentle Dr Alan was and how virtually painless he made my treatment.
