I have been to the network chiropractor, Deana, for years.  She helped me with many things, including cortisol levels, allergies, but the most difficult thing was she helped me find a surgeon for my shoulder.  The doctors in Gainesville would not operate because I was 60, but she put in in touch with another network chiropractor who gave the me the name of someone who fixed my shoulder. Also, my husband and I have gone to Tasha, the massage therapist, who does wonders for our old and stressed bodies. We would like to go to the stretching classes,  but taking care of parents in their 90s is a full time job.
