Met with a woman a few weeks ago named Jackie regarding an apartment located at 123 sumac in waterbury. She was not very friendly and somewhat rude.  We were allowed to view the apartment in all of 3 minutes. was not allowed to look at the basement, she kindly informed us that the landlord "isn't fixing" the dishwasher and when she was asked about whether or not a stove would be put in the apartment she dismissed my question and proceeded to walk to the front door. 
Her attitude is what turned me off from moving forward with the application process.
