It took this crew one day to fully complete the roof on my house! The workers were polite and professional; the foreman introduced himself and was engaing every time I stopped by the house during the day. You couldn't ask for a better company to take care of your needs.

This is exactly what is going on with my windows put in 3 months ago!!!!!

                                                                                                                                  This review comes as a result of another day of condensation on our 3-year-old A-Series windows. Each morning from November till early May we have to wipe the condensation from our windows. The door are Therma-Tru and they are completely dry. The Andersen Window Co. says the humidity in the home is the issue. We have gone to great lengths to measure humidity and control it to eliminate the problem but guess what. Same ** different day. It’s just frustrating that Andersen will spend millions to explain the issues that arise from too much humidity on their site but won't do anything to fix the windows we purchased. A contractor we know told us they heard at a trade show that the glass in the windows is defective... But it seems we are just people that work hard for our money so we don't matter. No one will listen if it going to cost time and money to fix the issue.

This company has been doing work on my neighbors house for a week. While I can't comment on the quality of their work, I feel it's worth it to comment on the quality of their service. I share a driveway with or neighbor and because of that, this company has been completely blocking access to our house and despite multiple requests for them to move, they haven't. So I have to park my car in the street in the hot sun and lug my infant back and forth and put her in a smoking hot car. Nice, guys.
