Terrific company to work with, from when Randy came out to take a look out our roof through to when all repairs were completed. With the recent rainstorms that came through the Weston area we had several leaks form on our roof. I called several roofing companies to have them come out and give us an estimate for repair. A Licensed Roofing Company was by far the most professional company I dealt with. Their pricing is very fair. The repairs and remedies to fix were explained in good detail. The crew was professional. They arrived as scheduled, we reviewed what was extracted, they quickly went to work, and left our property in very clean condition. I would not hesitate to recommend and use A Licensed Roofing Company again.

I'm a Realtor and Contractor and A Licensed Roofing Co. is the only company I will use or recommend! They've done 5 roofs for me and each one is perfect. The roof on my house has a 30 warranty and I paid $8,000.00 less that the next lowest roofing quote. They were referred to me along with several other roofing companies by the Building and Engineering Dept. of the City of Weston. Thank you Weston!

From the get go, Sarah and Randy was very professional. Their professionalism also showed in the final product. My parents house roof that was just replaced by them looks terrific (I came down to see the roof from Orlando, I just barely missed you guys visit! Hello if you guys see this review!). Would highly recommend!

Woman Power!! As a professional woman owned small business photographer myself, I understand and truly appreciate a hard working woman! I met with Sarah and her husband Randy who is extremely knowledgeable and they both deserve 5 stars!!! We moved forward on a new tile roof and it looks fab! Sarah dealt with all the city officials, my H.O.A. architectural review board and even provided all the pics for my insurance. Randy and the crew did a fantastic job installing the new roof and 3 high impact skylights. We are extremely satisfied with the roofing services received from "The Lady Roofer".. Thanks Sarah! When I purchased my house 3 years ago. I didn't anticipate having to replace the roof so soon but it was 27 years old and on its last leg. As many I received several quotes. A Licensed Roofing Company was the third quote (I obtained 6 total). 
Randy came out with his crew on Friday and they just took action. Jumped on the roof measured the roof came down and explained everything to me. Saturday he came out and went over the quote with me. 

They say go with your gut and my gut was telling me to go with this company. I still had 3 other companies lined up and wanted to give them an opportunity so after hearing what they had to say and seeing their quotes. Even two of the quotes were the same as A Licensed Roofing Company.  One was lower than A Licensed Roofing Company. I felt the urge to go with A Licensed Roofing Company. 

Since they use the new system with TU Max and not hot mop. I called my city inspector and asked him how he feels about both systems and he advised that the hot mop system is being phased out for liability issues with the kettle cause burns on employees and blowing up. He said ultimately you have to go with your gut. My gut told me A Licensed Roofing Company was the company. I called them up and they arrived and tour off my roof in one day and replaced the wood and facia. Julio is the foreman I am assuming and is such a great guy. All of them are such great guys. Seriously, they are an amazing crew!!

From start to finish the company always answered my question, addressed all my concerns and just did it all. I recommend them to a family friend as well since I was just entirely impressed with them. Again, amazing all around and such a great experience!!
