I ordered an arraignment for a funeral the same day, which they were able to accommodate  me which was awesome. I showed them what I wanted and they said they couldnt get the flower colors in time but could make something like that using different color flowers. I accepted and told them I had $380 dollars to spend on it. They charged me exactly that. It looked great but the problem is I feel very ripped off. It was smaller then expected. I was overcharged, this looked about a $200 dollar arraignment. I would be mindful when ordering over the phone at this place and make sure you are getting what you paid for.

Never got my stuff dlievered. Never got an email or a call as to why. Spend $50 bucks on flowers you don't get and they can't even answer the phone after 6pm. 

Edit: Finally got them to answer and the dude was extremely rude and said they couldnt make it to Alvarado for SOME REASON even though we go to Cleburne for every little thing it doesnt take but 10 mina to shoot down 67. He then procided to talk to me like a jerk and quickly said 'we shredded your card' me not knowing what that meant I asked what he said and he quickly repeated himself and added 'we didnt charge you!' And hung up. There was no reason to be mean on the phone and make someone feel uncomfortable. Horrible

They made everything absolutely perfect for my wedding!!! I was so clueless when I came in and Steve took care of everything and gave me the wedding of my dreams!!!
