Although this is a very difficult process, Monument Dealers made it so much easier to purchase a headstone for our loved one. The employees were very helpful in addressing all of our concerns. We are very satisfied with our purchase. We got exactly what we were looking for. Gold Star for this company! My family and I have no regrets!

The stone was beautiful.  This was my first experience with dealing with a heartbreaking loss and didn't know the process or how long it would actually take.  However, Gladys along with the other workers explained things to me.  We had a date we were aiming for but, they didn't make any promises but assured me they will try.  We didn't make the date but, they were able to tell me the status and how much longer was left.  It wasn't installed by Mother's Day but it was installed about 6 weeks later.  From what I researched this is a long process regardless.  Some places shorter than others but, my family and I are very happy with our stone.  Thank you guys.

In the most tragic time of my life, i had the pleasure of dealing with Gladys Gomez who made my life, at this horrific time, so much easier.  I thank her and your company for being very professional and reassuring when I needed it most.  You're the best.
