Worst experience ever. I ordered a black forest cake and it had the worst quality jam filled in with bad taste. Spoiled my day. Also bought some sweets which look and tastes like they were made 3 weeks ago.

Worst ever experience . I booked a cake one week before , did the payment over the phone . The day I had to pick up the cake , they made lame excuses about the picture . Saying the printer is not working and your cake is not ready . Called after 10 min , they told me that there is internet issue . Whn I went there to collect the cake , they told me the wire was not plugged in . They held this upto 1 hour and made all kind of excuses . Simran the girl who took the order , made the cake totally opposite of what I asked . Neither the cake colour was as said neither the photo . Terrible customer care service

This folks don't know what customer service is all about even if it hits them on the head. The woman at the counter. The rudest person I've ever encountered my whole life. How they are still in business I don't know.
