Great prices and late service

Very,  very unprofessional.  Didn't even let me finish explaining the plumbing issue I was having before he blew up and tried to tell me what the problem was. Must have been having a bad day. Will  take business elsewhere.

Worst service ever, they get to your house to "fix" the problem and start to work on a very expensive estimate without even notify you the price or the point of the problem!, I guess they expect you have all the money in that moment. 
Fortunately we could stop them to keep working and just pay for the "visit" which was an irrational amount comparing the work they did.
The guy in charge is extremely rude, look for another company if you like a good customer service.
PAST REVIEWS ABOUT THIS BUSINESS TALK BY ITSELF. 
IN ADDITION WE NEVER TOLD TO PROCEED SINCE THERE WAS NO EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEM NOR THE PRICE.
THE SAME DAY OUR WATER HEATER WAS FIXED WITH ONLY REPLACING SOME PARTS, PROVING A&P PLUMBING WAS TRYING TO GET ADVANTAGE SELLING A NEW WATER HEATER WHEN THERE WAS NO NEED.

Very Irresponsible place of business. I called to schedule a tech on 01/24/17 at around 9am to come out to the our residence to perform some repairs. The owner stated that  a tech would be at my door within an hour. The tech never showed up. 

I called the owner back at around 3pm to see if the tech was going to make it or not. The owner stated that he had not heard from the tech for several hours and that he tried to get a hold of him to see what was his status.The tech called my mobile about a minute later stating that he was trying to get a hold of me for the last 2 hours but could not get through (not one missed called on my cell).

At the end of the day the job had to be rescheduled for 01/25/17 between 9am-10am. Again the tech never showed up at the appointed time but called to say that he had another job to finish and that he would be at our house whenever.

I called again in the afternoon to speak to the owner to cancel the work but his reply was. Que piensas?...que porque llames a mi va a llegar mas rapido? ( what do you think? That because you call me the tech is going to show up sooner?

Well, here's my reply. The only reason for my call was to cancel the appointment so your Irresponsible tech and you wouldn't bother coming out to the house.

Next time please, when a customer needs service. Treat them with respect and have some consideration for their time.

Thanks again guys at A&P plumbing for coming to my house in the middle of the night. I had a leak in my front yard. I wasn't home my wife was the only one their and it was leaking out of front lawn just a bad scenario. But got ahold of the owner of the company IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT and sent his crew and dug a 5x5 hole in the middle of my yard and got the work don't one thanks A&P again for everything. And for the price that he changed me was well it was not even expensive. Thanks a&p
