Threw "trash" all over the neighborhood. A rolled up flyer throw into someones yard is not marketing its littering.

A-1 Burke Painting came recommended within our condo association.  They did a poor job overall despite a $4,100 price tag for a 1,100 square foot condo.  The first crew did a horrible job applying texture to the 1980s walls, which ad to be completely redone.  While owner David was repeatedly full of promises to fix problems, he fell far short.  He delayed the job causing his crew to work after the hardwood floors were installed.  This caused all kinds of problems in that the residue from their texturing and sanding caused people to scratch the floors.  There remains imperfections in the texturing all over the condo, some big some small.  I have pictures as proof.  They did not clean up the mess they created on the porch or elsewhere.  They denied taking the AC grates, and I had to buy new ones – I am certain that his crew removed them as no one else would have reason to.  He forgave the last $300 draw, but it goes nowhere to make up for the bad job.  Now my Mom has to look at imperfect walls throughout her retirement condo.
