It breaks my heart to write this negative review because there "was" a time where this tailor was a good experience.  Unfortunately, A Plus Tailors & Cleaners has fallen into the abyss of no return. My latest and last experience I will be having with A Plus, was one that has been most inconvenient.  I dropped off a leather jacket that I purchased from Disney World celebrating their 25 Years of Magic, the fabric sleeves needed repair, as well as the leather needed cleaning.  I was told to pick the jacket up on 11/17/17 at 4pm.  I drove from Narraganset where I was at the time, to North Providence a distance 35 miles taking me 40 minutes. When I arrived they franticly looked all over the facility and did not find the jacket promised to me this date. They said it was sent out to be cleaned at a facility that specialized in cleaning leather who they used.  They told me to come back Tuesday, Nov. 21st and asked for my contact number to call me if it "DOES NOT ARRIVE" before noon.  When I did not receive the call I took the trip back to North Providence to pick up my jacket.  Again, they franticly went on a seek a find mission for the jacket and again could not find it.  This time I was manageably upset and not happy but respectful.  The young lady took my number again and told me to come back tomorrow 11/22/17 and this time promised to call me "WHEN IT CAME IN." Today I received the call and when I arrived the jacket was ready.  She proceeded to charge me full price for all my aggravation and the job was done poorly. I said that was poor customer service, at least I should have received a discount. She said, sorry but they don't discount. Fine.... they lost a customer.

Walked in. No one greeted me. That irks me.  I just stood there trying to get someones attention. At least acknowledge someones presence. Dont just stare at me like I'm an alien. Say Hi. My pants will be tailored. I will review the results. 
So I originally gave a 2 star review because of what I just said but they did a nice job on my pants so I'll give them 3 stars. Customer relations are important. I'll go again and see what happens.

Left sweatshirt there girl told me to come pic up next day went to pic up they stated they donated a fire retardant  $150 sweatshirt! Thank you! If it was there to long why call me!
