Have you ever had an experience that lasted 30 Days that impressed you from day one of your interaction with the individual (DREW) and his company?  Let me begin to tell you that I have been in the real estate industry for 18 years and recently went from management/admin to Operations Manager for a very successful agent.  My first transaction with Drew was a complete joy.  He responds to emails immediately, he is polite, friendly, professional and probably one of the best agents that I have ever met.  Drew honestly goes above and beyond to make sure his client is happy and the other end of the transaction.  That is rare and very important to remember when choosing an agent.  I highly recommend Drew Baker...

worst ethics and customer service i have ever encountered!  Run from these people...especially Drew Baker, the owner.  The state Board of Real estate, due to huge ethics violations, suspended his license for a long period of time and then had him take ethics classes.  He shifted the firm's name into his wife's name during this process!  Incompetent to the core.  Beware of anyone who, unless they are a church, lists Bible versus on their website!

This is a remarkably bad company.  Look up their managing broker, Drew Baker, on the CA Dept. of Real Estate website and you will find that his license is on probationary status because of 11 violations of real estate law, including over $300K of trust funds that were redirected to his personal accounts.  REMCO provides an astonishingly low level of service - no site inspections, phone calls and emails not returned, inept accounting, etc.  They also charge more than most companies.  I am baffled by their ability to stay in business.
