If there was an option for no stars that's what I would give! I was shown a unit that was nothing like I received. It was filthy. I was told to check another unit to see if that one was good and it had 20 pallets in it. I was told by the owner to just take them out. Why would I want to do that! So sitting there with a 26' truck filled with our stuff and no where to put it I was told I would be refunded by the owner. I know it was the owner bc she told me her and her husband were the owners. Almost 12 days later still no refund and they are pretending they don't own the place. It was a disgusting place, probably roach infested, no lights to see in storage, definitely not climate controlled. I warn you to not go there. I fell for the $139 price. Biggest mistake ever!!!

Don't trust them. They never gave me a receipt when I moved out. Told me I don't need it, then charged me an additional month. Even tried to charge me a second month. They keep telling me they will send me a check. Still haven't seen it. Very shady company. Also the place is disaster, pot holes everywhere.

Never got past the OBNOXIOUS woman who answered the phone.  I asked simple questions about hours, rates, and availability.  Didn't get a single answer.  Just her bad attitude and laziness.  Then I looked at Google reviews, and saw what a disaster this place is.

Just the nicest! Indoor and outdoor access units are all wonderful and the prices are great. I have been a customer for about ten years now, and I have had several units over the years. The facilities are clean, the staff is the nicest and they are helpful and neighborly. Tell them their reviews on Google were awesome and it will make their day! I love this place. I had my stuff here through two hurricanes and a ton of blizzards, and it's all still fine. Move in today!
