New place there called Leroy's Barber Shop.  Just OK.

This florist is simply the BEST!!!  Five stars all of the way.  They are privately owned, very courteous....and for once a florist that simply cares.  Their products (i.e. flowers, balloons, plants, etc) are all EXCEPTIONAL quality.  Their delivery time is extremely fast and I have used them for over 5 years and they are simply amazing.  They have delivered to Highland, Belleville, Greenville.... always went the extra mile.  I cannot brag on them any more.  This is the florist to use!!!!!
