I had always had a great experience when I had shopped here in the past. I’ve purchased numerous prom dresses and my sister purchased her wedding dress here. When I became engaged last year I knew this was on my list of places to look. 
I ended up finding a dress i loved and we ordered it in a size 8 that day. When the dress came in a few months later and i tried it on it was literally falling off of me. They kept telling me it was because I had lost weight. Thankfully she does free alterations, so she went to work. 
Long story short, after numerous fittings and it still not fitting properly I looked at the tag and saw it was actually a size 14. When I pointed it out she didn’t believe me and said she had no idea how it happened. Mind you this was a week before my wedding and I had paid for a size 8. 
2 days before my wedding, with my ill- fitting dress, I called and wasn’t the nicest client. By some miracle she ‘found’ my dress in my size and I was able to pick it up the day before my wedding. It was way more stressful than it should have been.

If I could give this place less then one star I would! DO NOT GO HERE! The owner almost ruined my wedding dress, luckily I caught on before she went any further.  She said she let out my dress and didn't, to then tell me she needed to put a corset in it, and she didn't even let it Out to begin with. The bar cups were all sorts of wrong, The hem was terrible and she put a hole in the side of my dress and she refuses to give you a full refund! She also made some flower girl dresses for me, I brought in a picture and she said she could make the dress.  The ones she made were not even close to the picture I brought in, wrong color, to short and she used the wrong thread color, see pictures for proof.  The one with the blue sash is what she was trying to give me as a finished product and the white dress is the picture I had given her. Do yourself a favor and stay very far away from this place, luckily I found a seamstress to save my dress and make it perfect and she said it was not the first time she had to fix her mistakes.

If you don't like honesty, don't go. I have gotten all my formal dresses and she has always been so very helpful to me! She tells me what looks and and what doesn't and what I should try on. She's amazing!! She works with your budget and helps you find the perfect dress. If she doesn't have it she'll get it!
