I wish I could give zero stars.  Terrible florist!  Terrible!  How are they even still in business?  My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with an arrangement for my birthday this past Thursday, so he order a substantial amount of flowers from them to be delivered to my job on that Thursday.  The order was not delivered as requested.  Instead, I was called the next evening (at 4:00 that Friday) by someone who works there, asking for my home address so they can deliver it there.  Really??!  We weren't even at home!  We had to cut our evening short just to go home to get flowers that should have been delivered the previous day and to my job, not my home.  When the delivery finally arrived to my home, it was not the arrangement that was ordered for me.  My boyfriend paid a substantial amount of money for a big arrangement, and all that was given to us was a few wilted and tired flowers, of the smallest size.  The flowers looked like they were hanging on their last leg...extremely poor quality.  He called them the very next second and was told his account would be credited for a discount and another delivery will be made on that upcoming Monday, this time to the correct place, correct time, and with the correct size arrangement ordered.  Guess what?????  This did not happen either!  I waited all day for the delivery to come to my job and no one ever came.  These people are a freaking joke, and they have poor customer service.  You people should be out of business.  How dare you screw with people's special moments in life, but don't mind taking their hard earned money and running! They claim to offer a service but they need to learn how to service before even thinking about doing business with people.  Please do not go here for anything, not even a balloon.

My hubby is out of town on my birthday so he sent a bouquet. Yes it looks like the pic and the 2 carnations and the statis (dry flower) are beautiful  but the rest of the flowers are at their prime so I will be lucky to get a couple of days out of this expensive bouquet. Q out of 4 roses was any kind of tight, the trees is are at their peak, the mum variety is past prime. The delivery guy had the personality of a brick. Not impressed.  Gave them 2 stars instead of one because the color scheme and flower combo is beautiful and so far the ball on is floating.

So, I spent an hour or more looking to find the perfect arrangement to send my wife for Valentine's day. I finally found what I wanted and placed the order. The flowers arrived today and looks absolutely nothing like what I ordered.I called to talk to them, honestly thinking maybe they sent the wrong arrangement. When I told her the flowers looked nothing like what I ordered, the reason she came up with was that "sometimes around the holidays we just get really busy, and we start running low on some flowers." I politely informed her that I spent a lot of money on these flowers and I expect to get what I paid for. Her response "I don't know what to tell you." Seriously? I will never use this florist again and I will make sure no one I know even thinks about using them. Such a disappointment!

I called to order regular latex balloons for my sons birthday. The response I got was, "They are $3 a piece, I'm sorry. I think there is a place on Airways that sells balloons." First of all, that is an expensive balloon and I doubt I would have paid that but she didn't even give me the option. A balloon order seems like it would be effortless money for a florist but they simply were not interested in obtaining my business. I won't use them in the future for any other needs.
