They caused several thefts, still haven't notified their customers, and I sued A to Z Storage. Bob Cheney was rude & unapologetic. The law agreed with me, thus I won my case.

I vacated the premise, and under advisement from an employee, my credit card was removed from their system and I was moved out -- employee never gave receipt of vacation, even after multiple attempts to receive one, I was assured I did not need one. I was then charged for the next 6 months without my knowledge because of an employee who has since been fired. A-Z would not help me resolve the issue or give any credit knowing full well they fired that employee because of errors like this. This merchant is dishonest and I highly do not recommend them. Avoid.

Customer for 6 months now, you typically talk directly to the facility managers and they and their staff is just as friendly and service oriented. Highly recommend for 1st time renter. They make sure you know anything that can save you storage cost. Also, you may find 2 smaller units might cost significantly
less than 1 large unit the same size. Unless you have things you can't get upstairs or visit only occasionally ground floor is highly over priced anywhere you go in town. Their elevator to 2nd floor is conveniently located and very close to offload and load storage items.
