Love the food here, always super good! The interior is nice, needs to redo some of their booths. The staff is friendly but sometimes short staffed, but they still remain friendly!

Not impressed. The food was quick and hot but  overcooked. The soda didn't taste right and they attempted to remedy that but weren't successful.  There were no other customers, yet we couldn't talk because the employee's conversation was so loud behind the counter we had to speak very loudly (sitting across a table from each other in a corner) and repeat things to be heard or understood. We've always looked forward to stopping at A & W on the way through Webster but it may be awhile now. 😔

If you order a root beer float, you will experience profound disappointment. Gone is the frosted mug, scoop of creamy ice cream and real root beer. It's been replaced by a plastic cup, something fizzy that resembles root beer, and a suspended frozen solution that may be part dishwater.  The fried chicken sandwich tasted as if it was fried in rancid oil that last housed an acquarium.  I loved A&W as a kid, but I think this company is going to join Howard Johnson on the extinct list. They need to get with the program and start making real food for real people. Start with something fresh, and clean the grill nightly.

I was THRILLED to run across this old style AW! They apologized with a sign on the door that they were short staff but I was given very prompt and courteous service! I even had to bother them to check me out twice as I purchased some of the wonderful memorabilia they had out for sale! I loved the old carhop server tray with mugs on it as I used to BE a carhop. I have a fast food AW in Sioux Falls that looks like every other fast food place and I have only eaten there once in 10 years. I would definitely stop by the Webster one again and the Papa Burger was delish!!
