I recently asked Action travel to make arrangements for my business trip to Nantucket.  It went seamlessly and I was happy with the itinerary.

  Unfortunately my brother died at the time of my trip and all the plans had to be reworked.  Action Travel handled it all included getting the airline to waive fees and dealing with a nasty innkeeper who would not refund my deposit because I couldn't give 15 days notice.  

Thank you,  thank you ,thank you!  It was so wonderful to know during my time of grief I didn't have to think of a thing about this trip.  Soon I am off to Nantucket thanks to Action Travel.

Action Travel did a great job helping us to plan our honeymoon to multiple countries in Europe.  They worked with us to create our own itinerary, were extremely prompt and responsive, and very flexible.  Other companies we had tried to work with only wanted to sell us a package, but Action Travel found us hotels that matched our needs, airfare, trains, and shuttles and even helped us get tickets to places we would like.  One of the best parts was the price turned out to be almost exactly what we were looking at when we tried to create this on our own!

My husband and I and another couple just returned from the best vacation ever arranged by Melinda Fargis at Action Travel, inc. in Burlington, NC.  She made several suggestions of places to go and after consulting with us as to our ideas, she  felt the one we went to was a good fit and was it ever!  It was the most relaxing and best vacation ever to an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean. We'll go again. Great work, Melinda!
