On February 2nd we were picked up from O'Hare Airport at 11pm by our driver named Pablo and we just really appreciated his communication with us before pick up by text. Plus he was very professional, made us feel very safe with our hour drive home with his driving skills, and helpful with our luggage. So we would just like to pass on a positive message about him. Just utilized A1 for a pick up from our home to ORD and from ORD and back for a family vacation. Their service definitely deserves a full 5 Stars. We went away for 7 nights, so the pricing of this came out cheaper than had we done economy parking for 7 nights, Plus the benefit of convenient service from A1 which saved us driving, parking, going on a bus/tram with a toddler and luggage in tow. We opted for a large SUV and rented a toddler seat, and both choices were well worth it. The suv was roomy and comfy. And we were so glad we didn’t have to lug a car seat with us in a regular cab. The driver was on time to our home and was courteous and professional. On the return from ORD to our home, we paid an extra $25 for the meet and greet option, which was nice, as someone was waiting for us with a sign and helped us with all the luggage without the game of phone/text tag to locate one another after a long trip. On top of it, our flight came back 1 hour early and they obviously had been keeping track and were waiting to greet us. And again, another professional and courteous driver who helped us bring all our stuff into the garage at home. Great and reliable service from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

Used them recently for a trip to and from the airport. They gave me the best rate. The car was early and very clean. Our pickup was in a Lincoln Town Car and Brian was our driver. He was excellent. Very friendly, very helpful, very, very good service. I would definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them.

We have used A1 Classic Limousine several times(Ohare travel) and each time we were very impressed. We were lucky enough to have the same driver, Lazar, twice. He was on time, pleasant and an excellent driver. We will use this service again!
