Amazing service and price! I worked with Jason Myers which actually started as a cold call!! I'm in a wheelchair and can't see my roof or do a lot of the work, so he took pictures and video to show me the situation.. We worked with insursance on the damages and he brought together a team to replace roof, delapitated deck, gutter guards, windows and screens. Jason was always professional, courteous and available throughout the entire process. He even verified all work for me!! Thanks Jason & A1!

I've been making payments with these guys for quite awhile. I was involved in a hit and run accident , on 3/9 , I called affirmative insurance, they told me they are in bankruptcy, and that they informed A1 back in sept , 2015. They could have informed me of this when I payed them on sat 3/5, but didn't, they took my money , I have to go through the Texas  guarantee commission, and may take up to 8 months or more to get this handled. It's a  hassle, I have no car to drive, mine is in front of my house undrivable. They say there going to sling shot other affirmative customers over to other insurance agencies. Why didn't they do that for me. I'll tell you why......... they want that commission , now im stuck.
