Do not rent from them. The house owners who they work for is all about keeping your money and fixing repairs as cheap as possible. Do not expect your deposit back because they will make up FAKE DAMAGES TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND CHARGE YOU MORE. Please report them to Housing Authorities and Better Business Bureau.

Horrible do not. I repeat do not live here. If you  do you know why I'm saying this if you don't just don't. Look else where these people will screw you over in a heart beat. They don't fix anything and they Will steal your money and take you to court about it. Mark my words. Worse property management company ever.

Had problems day 1 of move in that took months of being resolved or not fixed due to being switched around by three different management companies. Towards the end of my lease.  I informed A1 I was deploying so I need to do the walk through at a certain time.  I was given the run around multiple times, emails not returned, then on the day of the walk through one of the employees came to my house barely knocked on the door once and then went back to her car and drove off while I was sitting watching in the window the whole time.  When I confronted her about it she said no one was home and could not come back.  So I had to leave the next morning for my deployment and the walk through was done without me there.  I constantly tried to keep in contact with my property manager and would never get a reply back until weeks later.  I finally got a final bill weeks later and when I tried to have it explained to me as I was in another country I got one email stating here's the pictures but no explanation of what each barge was and why I was being charged for it because I shouldn't have had to pay for it.  Just terrible customer service and rudeness and I still haven't been given a response on how or where to pay anything

My house fell apart and every time we would call for maintenance they would tell us they would make an appointment for someone to come out and they never would. 

The drywall started falling from my ceiling.
There was a hole in my roof which animals came into my foundation in my attic they came and patched the hole without removing the raccoons that got in. One morning I walked out my front door to a dead raccoon hanging from my from door. And when we called them to remove this animals they just came and put a 2x4 over the hole and it is still there now. Don't rent from them they don't care for their tentents.

I can't even begin... This company doesn't even deserve a star... the houses they provide truly are not even habitable for my dog let alone my husband, 3 yr old and I. Nor will they fix a dang thing! When you move out and they don't won't to give you your deposit back because there was no option but to leave (1 month early even with over a 60 day notice) or continue to live in a house that is unsafe, dangerous to your health, and emotional state of being! So you write a discrepancy to them not giving your deposit back and magically not only did I go from not getting my deposit back and owing them NOTHING just 44 days ago to now I OWE them $1450!?!?!?!  

What parallel universe are we living in here???????? Is this company for real? We lived in that house for 2 yrs charging us for maid service, "dry wall repair, repainting (which is general maintenance of any run of the mill rental is to repaint after an old tentant leaves especially after 2yrs) and a Broken Window OF WHICH WE MADE SEVERAL Mantience calls to get that window fixed when it broke towards the beginning of our lease... never fixed it so NOW they are trying to Charge us for that????  

I can't believe this corruption!! They always got their rent I have severe OCD i  cant work because of it and this house and employees made my condition and anxiety so high that it was literally like torture and because I had no other choice in the matter and decided to stand up to them, leave the house and dispute in writing my deposit back A-1 and Putting properties are now trying to bully me and my family I believe they have already done enough. Do you all feel better about yourselves? You greedy shady corrupt company!!! You like preying on people and hope they just stay quite, pay up or else?
