Terrible experience!!! I called them because we lost the key to our storage unit right down the street for them. The lady who answered said "No problem. We can have a technician there in 25 mins. It will be a $15 service charge and $30-$35 to open the lock." I say Great! Perfect! See you soon.

The technician shows up 52 minutes later. Annoying, but not the end of the world. I do not mind waiting, maybe there was traffic. We go to my unit and the guy starts working on the lock. I bring all my stuff up to the unit from my car in anticipation for my lock to be opened. The tech then tells me that because this is a "special" lock that it was going to be between $100-$125 dollars to make a key for it. I'm sorry, but this isn't Fort Knox we are breaking into. It is a Public Storage lock. The technician tells me that we are unable to make a key so we will have to drill the lock off. Again, no problem, I have a backup lock with me. The technician drills the lock off in 20 mins and hands me a bill for $140. $140 to drill the lock off!!! I could have done that myself! So it ended up costing me $140 plus my $20 lock was destroyed.

Im sorry, but that is just WRONG! You charged me 3 times what was promised on the phone, and you took advantage of the fact that the storage unit was about to close and this was my only option. 

Do NOT use this company. They are thieves. I will be reporting them to the BBB
