We have used Zac plumbing if for over 20 years at Bostonian Property Management. He has always been consistent, on time and professional. His costs and pricing is reasonable.  For inner city or metro Boston properties you cant find a quicker man to provide the correct solutions to almost any problem.

AA Zack Plumbing was one of the best service companies I've ever had the privilege of hiring. They were honest in their assessment and extremely thorough and efficient on the job (extensive plumbing work in my kitchen and bathroom). They even cleaned up our bathroom and kitchen as well as the floors where they walked around in our apartment after they were done fixing. Highly highly recommended!

i have had a very bad experience.  He came out to my house and assessed our plumbing needs.  He did not bring parts with him.  The repair did not work.  He reluctantly agreed to come back, but we had to obtain the parts ourselves first. We followed his instructions, got the parts and he came back and installed them.  The toilet has continued running on and off.   I called him again and he was VERY NASTY / RUDE to me, shouted at me, told me to call the better business bureau and hung up on me.  Very disappointed.  And out-of-pocket $175 plus the parts.  Consumer be ware!  I have NEVER written a bad review of anybody before.

Replace our old oil broiler to a gas one - they were in the middle price from 3 other companies (two had smaller broiler). From estimate to completion of work: they were on time, worked diligently, clean up the mess, test run with my presence and told me what to look for/what to expect but most impressive is that Zack called me the next day to make sure everything was working. He is courteous, professional and knows exactly what he is doing - don't be fooled by his low price. I'm very happy I finally found a smaller company who does not have high prices because of their overhead expenses.
