It’s been over a year now and I’m still waiting on a refund check for one my appliances that they delivered damaged. I’ve made peace with the fact that I’m probably never going to get it but I just wanted to let others know my experience. As soon as the refrigerator was delivered I called the store to inquire about it. They asked me to send a picture of the damage, which really was no biggie because it’s in the back of the fridge but it’s the principle of it all, I spent about $4K on all new appliances, I expect pristine condition. After seeing the pics they told me they’d mail me $100 refund check for it, the store manager had to be the one to do it-Great!.....except it never came. I went down to the store in person (TWICE) they said oh I’m sorry you should’ve gotten it by now-Never did. I called once more, stopped by the store again but it was closed before I gave up. Other than that, I got some great appliances, they were delivered on time, and they even made a deal with me on buying their floor model washer & dryer so I can’t say it was all bad.

The absolute worst. 6 months in to our purchase of a "high end" dishwasher and it still doesn't work properly. Called to have someone come out to look at it. No one called back. Went in to the store to follow up. "Someone will call you on Monday"- no call. "Someone will call you 30 minutes before they arrive on Tuesday"- no call. Called the following Thursday to find out what the problem was, and all I got was attitude and of course, I have to "get them up to speed on the problem". Oh, and when they installed the dryer we purchased they took a huge chunk out of our bathroom wall. But, since they literally ran out of our house (left the front door wide open and our front gate wide open because of their hurry), I couldn't point it out. Oh, and they scratched the front of the dryer installing it. OH AND... did I mention that the dishwasher that they installed was the wrong one and there was a giant hole in our kitchen for weeks while we waited for the correct dishwasher to be installed?? One giving one star since zero wasn't an option.

They referred me to Supreme Appliances Service to get my refrigator fixed. And I have spent almost $300 dollars to get it fixed, ans it still isnt' working. They should not referr anyone, because it reflects them.

Our experience with the shop was comically bad. We ordered (and paid) a high end Whirlpool washer, but got a lower grad version. We understood that only after the machine was already installed. I called the shop and spoke with manager named Alex. He suggested to reimburse the difference in cost, and we agreed that it must be $160. After several reminders they reimbursed me just $70. When I asked Alex to return me remaining $90, first he agreed, but I did not see this money. During my last call he replied that $70 is just a fare difference and avoided any discussion of our earlier agreement. I have not experienced such type of merchant behavior by a reputable company in my 25 years in the USA.
