AAA was great years ago. Now the "Corporation" AAA  is awful. I was with them for over 20 years. AAA is only good for DMV services an towing services. Their auto boat and my motorcycle insurance are all sub par services. I recommend state farm for auto home boat an motorcycle insurance. It's not the people working for AAA  it's their corporate policies. Was a good company. Not anymore.

Worse service EVER! I’ll never recommend this place. The tow guy took over 2hours to come to the drop off location which was only 2 miles away from where the car was towed from. Tried calling California Motor Club and the representative was not only rude but also hung up in my face. So I called back and got another rude rep, he found it humorous to ask repetitive questions so I asked to speak to the supervisor or manager on duty and he gave me an excuse as to why I couldn’t speak with him. If you can avoid this tow place, please do so! There’s a million other tow businesses that would gladly assist and make their services much more pleasurable.

Very helpful with registering our car. Words don't describe how much better it is to come here rather than the DMV.

I've been to this office before along with many others throughout the Southern California and Northern California area. This is one of my least favorite offices because the staff is not very friendly and does not extend themselves the way stop at other locations do. They're rather cold and not even as efficient as other locations, and I'm specifically speaking about the front desk when you first come in. And working with the staff in the back and insurance, they don't seem quite as knowledgeable as are there locations.
