Muy buena atencion

Was told by Agent Sergio that Saturday's are not recommended to come in so I can add my vehicle over the phone and I do as he said. Turns out I still have to come in to take photos which he never mention to me in the first place and now waiting time is over an hour. Should have just came for everything in the beginning instead of wasting time on the phone only to come back and wait over an hour. I am definitely switching after my year is up. Horrible service! They Sure live up to their horrible customer service!

AAA Montebello...gets busy...everyone (members) prefers to come here instead of DMV.  It’s great that most things can be done here. My husband & I always try to see Adrian, he is the best! He has taken care of a lot of our DMV transactions with no problems. Thank you Adrian👍 for all your help😊
