Came in looking for insurance got it and was really surprised by how short the wait was. Also our sales associate (Jonathan) was excellent and spoke Spanish! Very impressed and have peace of mind knowing we have good insurance and 24/7 road side assistance!

AAA is way different now then before. You get a max 4 calls a year and then u r on your own. I like the old AAA better...had a faulty battery needed 3 jumps. .got a flat and needed a tow such a joke, sorry that will be $100 for a 10 mile tow...received AAA as a gift wont b re subsribing...will pay our tags here this year and cancel, they aren't here to help like they used to be

Better than going to the dmv, but they have this TV ad that loops every 30 seconds. The jingle makes me insane, I can't imagine what the employees have to deal with.

We have been members for nearly 20 yrs now and always had great experience at the Riverside office! A stand out employee is Donna whom I worked with today adding our new car to our policy, extremely polite, professional and patient! Huge Thanks Donna! AAA is the best and the Riverside Office the best location! ;)

This place likes to skip you for some reason. Made me wait 30 minutes for a 2 minute interaction.
