Service was amazing! I called earlier today to make an appointment to discuss travel arrangements. This was my first experience w AAA making travel arrangement. I met w Theresa and she was so welcoming, professional, and nice. She spent an hour and a half w me to discuss different options and provided quotes for my many different requests. I highly recommend to visit AAA to assist w your travel plans. I know I will continue to go through AAA to make all my future vacation plans. Thank you Theresa for all your help 😁

This location has such great customer service. Sometimes they can be a bit backed up but most of the time you're in and out fairly quickly. I am amazed as to how good they treat us. When we were planning a trip an advisor helped us for about an hour figuring everything out we can do. He also provided us maps and helped us find some points in our trip that we should stop at. If you are a member then I would definitely recommend coming to this location. If you're not a member then get a membership and reap the benefits!

I've been a member for 35 years.  My late parents were members over 50 years each, going back to the 1940's.  We've always had an excellent experience with ACSC in the past.  However, the customer service has dropped significantly.  Last week, I was chewed out for getting in the wrong line.  I was repeatedly told "This is the last time I will remind you."  In the past, I was told that was the correct procedure.  Today, I got an explanation about DMV policy from a different attendant.  Again, I got punished for not knowing the complexities of DMV rules.  The punishment was repeated a number of times.  While waiting for service, I overheard other members arguing with the staff.  ACSC, learn some manners and don't treat your members like stupid school children.

Had a flat tire today,and only waited 20 minutes on the 10 fwy...I just love my AAA..such a big relief to know I can count on AAA to come quickly and change my tire..

.Found out they had raised my deductibles by 150% but received no specific letter about the rate increase. Went to use my glass benefit and found the deductible was $250 not $100. If I go to the AAA recommended glass shops they charge $278. If I don't use AAA at the same place they charge $238 for the same work at the same place. I then save money. So net result is I pay for a benefit I can't use and AAA insurance makes extra on their referral . A small item but an example of less benefits for more costs. Thought AAA WAS LOOKING OUT FOR US.
