I tried to sign up on-line and their computer froze up on the payment process. I had no idea if I was signed up or not. So, I called into the office and got 3 bogus account numbers which I needed to verify my account on line. I'm not sure who is running that ship over there, but I am not impressed. A little more accurate information and a lot let chaos please. God forbid I should actually need your service - I wonder what that would be like? Sheesh.

Disappointing service. Requested maps be mailed to Albany for a lengthy driving trip to the Southwest. Needless to say, they didn't arrive. Office says it's the Post Office's fault. Maybe... Breakdown insurance through my auto insurance company looks like a better bet.

I called to help get my car unlocked because I had lost my keys in Fred Meyer. I had used AAA services to get my car towed home, but was told to leave it locked because unlocking it would set off my alarm. When I called and spoke with Tim, he was not helpful at all and informed me that there was nothing that could be done because the registration of the car was locked inside of the car. Then he offered suggestions that showed how little he listened to my problem, such as using a spare key or trying to find my set of keys. Tim was the opposite of helpful in this situation, and made my experience frustrating and a waste of time.
